We stand by the quality of our products/services and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe:Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Product/Service:The product must be returned in its original condition, or the service must be unused. Any product that has been damaged or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the refund request.
Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Payments that were provided to the state after filing your request.
  • Damaged product or altered product.
Process for Refunds
  • Submit a Request: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at with your order details and reason for the request.
  • Return the Product: If applicable, return the product to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, or upon verification of your service refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • You will be refunded our service fee only if the filing has been submitted to the state and the state processed the request.
  • Any request made after the 30-day period.
Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to defects or damage, please contact our customer support team at to arrange an exchange.

Chargebacks

If you created a chargeback with your financial institution, we will not be able to provide a refund. That process will now be on your financial institutions end and they will provide the refund once the investigation is finalized. If a Stop Payment was commenced on your end we will also not provide a refund due to it being on your financial institutions end to resolve.
